Steve Kay is a leadership and NLP trainer and coach. He has a Masters degree in manufacturing management and is a certified trainer and master practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy TM and trainer of NLP Coaching and Master Coach.
He works with a team of like-minded trainers and coaches who are all successful in their own businesses and fields to deliver leadership and NLP based training to corporate and public sector clients.
A Personal and Executive Coach since 2005 Lorna is a Master Practitioner of NLP and Master NLP Coach.
Her background is Sport and Recreation Management and using sport to help marginalised people get back on their feet and into jobs, training and education.
During a stint in Australia, she was employed by Tad James to develop their Australian business so has first hand knowledge of NLP from one of the pioneers.
After completing her Practitioner and Master Practitioner training with Quality Culture, Kali went on to complete her NLP Trainers training and now works alongside Steve delivering NLP programmes and ILM Leadership & Management and also Coaching & Mentoring qualifications. She especially enjoys designing and delivering bespoke programmes for organisations who want to transform their people’s success mindset and leadership capabilities. As well as training, she is also an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and loves helping people in organisations and individuals reach their full potential.
She is passionate about finding the "seam of gold" in people and this is at the heart of her training and coaching. She enjoys working with a variety of organisations and individuals to support their growth and get better results.
We are the only UK Company to offer both certified training in Neuro Linguistic Programming and the whole range of ILM certified Leadership, Management and Coaching programmes, from level 2 to level 7.
Our programmes are brimming full of new content interweaved throughout the NLP material. The course training is led by Steve Kay who had his first book Become a Great Leader and Coach Using NLP published in February 2018.
We keep it simple and explain the jargon usually associated with NLP enabling you to implement the concepts and techniques with ease.
